FY 2023 Budget Request and 5 year plan

Important information and reminders for licensees regarding their 2025 renewal,  new license expiration date, the Thentia Portal, Continuing Education requirements, change of address, communication with licensees, information for chiropractic assistants, user names, passwords, security questions, and board website links.  

To change your license status to Inactive or Retired, your license must be in good standing as per A.R.S. §32-933(A), and you must no longer be actively practicing chiropractic in the State of Arizona. To request this status change, complete the status request in your Thentia Portal and submit this required form and affidavit as supporting documentation.
