Find a Chiropractor

This page allows you to search the Arizona directory for Chiropractic Physicians and view details regarding disciplinary actions, non-disciplinary orders1, licensing, addresses, and phone numbers.

The State Board of Chiropractic Examiners maintains an online Public Registry of Doctors in Chiropractic, Chiropractic Assistants, as well as Business Entities and Facilities in the state of Arizona.

You can search by:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • City (any place of practice)
  • Type of License
  • Status of License

The AZBCE protects the public by ensuring that our registrants are registered and qualified to practice.

The following complaints or actions do not appear on the Board’s website:

  • Disciplinary action older than five(5) years (pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-3214)
  • Complaints dismissed with a non-disciplinary order or consent agreement for continuing education (pursuant to A.R.S. § 32-3214)
  • Non-disciplinary Advisory letters
  • Dismissed complaints
  • Pending complaints may not be disclosed to the public.
  • The current Public List of Disciplinary Actions is available here. The information above may be obtained by submitting a Public Records Request

Not all disciplinary actions and specialty certificates are available through the online public registry. The board posts all disciplinary actions for the last five (5) years on the Find Chiropractor page under the Disciplinary Actions.  Please contact Board Staff at [email protected] or 602-864-5088 for additional information.
