Business Entity Registrations
As of October 2014, the Board has required non-physician owned clinics that offer chiropractic services to register as a Business Entity with the Board. Please click here for a list of the Renewed and Expired Business Entity Registrations. In accordance with A.A.C. R4-7-1401(A) a Business Entity with an EXPIRED registration are not to use the services of a licensed doctor of chiropractic.

Board agendas are posted at the Board office located at 1740 West Adams Street, Suite 2430, Phoenix, Arizona 85007 and are available on the Board’s Web site the day before the meeting. Notices of Board meetings are also posted at https://publicmeetings.az.gov/ Beginning in January 2018 The State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners' proceedings are captured on digital audio. This is in accordance with A.R.S.§ 32-3222 (B) (1). Note: For storage issues all request for audio files will be made available for access using google drive. A email will be sent to notify you when the audio file is available for you to retrieve.
