Adams Street, Phoenix, Arizona, 85007 Boardroom C ARIZONA BOARD OF CHIROPRACTIC EXAMINERS' MISSION STATEMENT The Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners' mission is to protect the health, safety, and welfare of the public.  Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) §38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the general public and members of the State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners that the Board will hold a virtual & in-person meeting open to the public on the date and at the time indicated above. A full meeting agenda and list of applications to be considered can be found online at Chiroboard.az.gov or in the lobby of the Board’s office building in the binder adjacent to the case displaying meeting notifications.  This meeting will be held virtually. Instructions on how the public may listen to the meeting are provided on the Board’s website in the Information For Virtual and In-Person Board Meeting.  One or more Board members may attend the meeting by telephone. The Board, upon a majority vote of a quorum of the members, may hold an Executive Session on any of the listed agenda items to obtain legal advice or to discuss or consider confidential records. Other executive sessions also may be listed on the agenda.  The executive session is not open to the public. The Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the Agenda or to take action on any item and call cases in random order. The Board may discuss, consider, or take action on any item on the agenda.  Please note that any recommendations listed on the agenda do not become final until adopted by the Board.  The Board has the authority to accept, reject, or modify any recommendation listed on the agenda. The Board usually allows 2 minutes per person for public comment on any agenda item; however, depending on the issue presented, the Chairperson has the discretion to expand that time. Meetings of the Board are open to the public and are conducted in a manner that ensures that the Board's deliberations are not disrupted. Therefore, the following statement shall be considered the only warning of proper decorum: "Each person who addresses the Board must do so in an orderly manner and must not make impertinent, slanderous, threatening, abusive or profane remarks to any member of the Board, staff, licensee, complainant or general public. Any person who engages in any disorderly conduct that disrupts, disturbs, or otherwise impedes the orderly conduct of any meeting will be removed from the current meeting and closely monitored should they decide to attend future meetings". In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), this Board does not discriminate on the basis of disability in its public meetings. Persons with disabilities may request reasonable accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter, by contacting the Board office at 602-864-5088. Requests should be made as early as possible to allow time to accommodate them.
