Non-Disciplinary Orders

In accordance with A.R.S. § 32-3214(A) the State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners is required to post all non-disciplinary orders on www.chiroboard.az.gov. The non-discipline orders shall remain on the Board's website for 5 years. A person may obtain additional public records related to any licensee, including dismissed complaints and nondisciplinary actions and orders, by contacting the board directly. Orders are posted by date with the date they expire. Please note that the information provided is public records and is considered non-disciplinary and does constitute final action by the Board. In accordance with A.R.S.§32-4801(A)(3) posted below is the record on all final non-disciplinary actions of the Board.
