In 2017 Governor Ducey signed in to law A.R.S.41-1080.01. The law requires state agencies to waive all initial licensing fees for applicants who (1) have a family income below 200 percent of the federal poverty level and (2) are applying for a specific license for the first time in Arizona. If you believe that you meet meet both these criteria you will need to contact the Board directly prior to submitting your application. Please note that you will be required to submit additional documentation in order to determine if you meet the above referenced qualifications.
