One or more Board members may attend the meeting by telephone. When necessary and in accordance with A.R.S. §38-431.03, the Board may vote to go into Executive Session intermittently throughout the meeting for the discussion or consultation for legal advice on any agenda item (A.R.S.§38-431.03(A)(3)) and to discuss records exempt by law from public inspection, including the receipt and discussion of information or testimony that is specifically required to be maintained as confidential by state or federal law on agenda item C. The Board usually allows 2 minutes per person for public comment on any agenda item, however, depending on the issue presented, the Board Chairperson has the discretion to expand that time. The Board reserves the right to change the order of items on the Agenda or to take action on any item and call cases in random order. The Board may discuss, consider or take action on any item on the agenda.  Please note that any recommendations listed on the agenda do not become final until adopted by the Board.  The Board has the authority to accept, reject, or modify any recommendation listed on the agenda.
