The State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners is pleased to offer the information on this page to assist the public and doctors of chiropractic in understanding their options when confronted with a quality of care issue, or possible violation of state law.

As of August 27th, 2019, and pursuant to A.R.S. §32-4302 (SB2569) The Board of Chiropractic Examiners will accept applications for Licensure by Universal Recognition. Please visit the Licensure page for details and to print the application.

Notice of board meetings, recordings, and agendas:
Board agendas are posted at the Board office located at 1740 West Adams Street, Suite 2430, Phoenix, Arizona 85007, and are available on the Board’s Web site prior to the meeting. Notices of Board meetings are also posted at https://publicmeetings.az.gov.
Beginning in January 2018 The State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners' proceedings are captured on digital audio. This is in accordance with A.R.S.§ 32-3222 (B) (1). Note: For storage issues, all requests for audio files will be made available for access using google drive. An email will be sent to notify you when the audio file is available for you to retrieve. The Board Meeting Audio is posted after each Board Meeting and is available on the Board's website under the Board Meetings tab.
