Notice of Board Meetings, Agendas, and Recordings
Board agendas are posted at the Board office located at 1740 West Adams Street, Suite 2430, Phoenix, Arizona 85007, and are available on the Board’s website prior to the meeting. Notices of Board meetings are also posted at https://publicmeetings.az.gov.
Beginning in January 2018, the State of Arizona Board of Chiropractic Examiners' proceedings are captured on digital audio. This is in accordance with A.R.S. § 32-3222(B)(1). Note: For storage issues, all requests for audio files will be made available for access using google drive. An email will be sent to notify you when the audio file is available for you to retrieve. The Board Meeting Audio is posted after each Board Meeting and is available on the Board's website under the Board Meetings tab.
Board Meeting Requirement for New Licensees
Per R4-7-801(M)(2), "Each person who is issued a new license to practice chiropractic in Arizona on or after January 1, 2013 is required to attend three hours of a single regularly scheduled Board meeting within the first year of residence in Arizona. The licensee cannot distribute the three hours of Board meeting attendance over two or more Board meetings. The licensee shall notify the Board in writing within ten days of moving to Arizona. The meeting attendance must be pre-scheduled and pre-approved by Board staff. Continuing education credit will not be awarded if the licensee is attending the meeting as a subject of an investigation or other Board review or if the licensee fails to properly schedule attendance as per this Section. This subsection does not pertain to any person who has had a license to practice chiropractic in Arizona issued prior to January 1, 2013."
